Job Description:

• Assist in market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Aid in the management of social media accounts by creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
• Assist in organizing and attending promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling meetings.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance metrics and preparing reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to support integrated marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales and marketing.

Job Requirements

  • Key Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field..
    • Diploma
    • Certifications Preferred certifications: AWS/Azure Certified Solutions Architect, MCSE, VCP, RHCE, or TOGAF.
    • Intermediate

  • • Summarize tasks completed during the day, including market research activities, social media engagement, and administrative tasks.
    • Provide updates on any ongoing projects, campaigns, or events.
    • Document any challenges encountered and proposed solutions.
    • Report on any inquiries or feedback received from customers or prospects.

    • Compile a weekly summary of activities, achievements, and outcomes.
    • Detail progress made on marketing campaigns, including metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
    • Analyze social media performance, including follower growth, post engagement, and audience demographics.
    • Provide updates on market research findings and insights.
    • Identify any areas for improvement or optimization.

    • Prepare a comprehensive monthly report detailing overall performance and key accomplishments.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including campaign ROI, lead generation, and sales conversions.
    • Summarize market trends and competitor analysis findings.
    • Present recommendations for future marketing strategies based on insights gathered.
    • Seek feedback from the sales and marketing team on areas of improvement and action plans for the following month.
