Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
DDesign end-to-end infrastructure solutions covering servers, storage, backup, virtualization, and operating systems.
· Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
· Ensure architectural solutions align with industry standards, organizational goals, and best practices.
· Develop architecture blueprints, technical specifications, and deployment plans.
· Lead the deployment of server and system solutions across physical, virtual, and hybrid environments.
· Lead infrastructure modernization, virtualization, and migration projects (e.g., on-prem to cloud, hybrid environments).
· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams including network, security, application, and cloud architects.
· to ensure smooth implementation.
· Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance during all phases of deployment.
· Implement and maintain virtualization solutions (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) to enhance operational efficiency.
· Automate system deployment, configuration, and management using tools of different OEM’s
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, configurations, and procedures.
· Mentor and provide technical leadership to infrastructure engineers and conduct internal training sessions and promote knowledge transfer across infrastructure
and operations teams.· Provide expert guidance on system performance, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and high availability.
· Stay updated with the latest trends in server technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Linux/Windows Server, SAN/NAS storage).
· Support procurement and vendor management related to server and storage solutions.
