Job Description:
Inspect, maintain, and repair MEP systems including electrical wiring, HVAC units, plumbing lines, and pumps.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and layout plans.
Perform installation of new equipment such as lights, AC units, water heaters, valves, and sensors.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules.
Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions with minimal downtime.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company safety protocols.
Report daily work activities and maintain service records.
Assist engineers or supervisors during project execution or emergency situations.

Required experience:
Education:
DAE in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing from a recognized institute. Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years in MEP maintenance or installation work.
Certifications:
HSE training, HVAC certification, or PEC registration (preferred).
Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct detailed site surveys and submit comprehensive reports to management.
Set clear performance goals to ensure daily workflows are completed within deadlines.
Ensure smooth, timely, and efficient progress of team operations at the client site.
Prepare and submit accurate daily activity and performance reports.
Plan, organize, direct, and control team tasks for effective execution of projects.
Act as a communication bridge between upper management and site teams, ensuring clear information flow.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, personnel, tools, and equipment usage.
Receive, address, and resolve on-site complaints or operational issues efficiently.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Monitor material and equipment inventory levels; manage issuance and usage.
Receive and record project-specific inventory items as per documentation standards.
Train newly onboarded employees on operational standards and safety protocols.
Monitor team productivity and share constructive feedback with management.
Maintain logs for bike fuel usage and mechanical condition for field staff.
Handle emergency procurement of goods/materials when necessary to avoid downtime.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, company SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
